Positions Announced:
1. Divisional Head – Learning & Development
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC Candidates having Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR / Public Administration and/or HR-related professional certifications such as SHRM, CHRP, etc. would be preferred Minimum 15 years of working experience in L&D roles and/or HR with at least 03 years as Head of L&D and/or HR and/or 05 years in a leadership position in L&D not below one down of Head L&D Candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of training related to banking operations, products, compliance, and regulatory requirements Candidate with experience in designing and delivering effective training programs through modern methodologies i.e. digitalization and e-learning, in the financial sector or large-scale organizations, will be preferred Must be hands-on and capable of planning, developing, and executing L&D projects Well-developed relationship management and communication skills Detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy Good understanding of business and financial acumen Leadership skills, coaching, and mentoring abilities Confident in public speaking
To develop and implement learning strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals To identify the leadership training programs, both local and international, for the senior leadership team to enhance their skills, competencies, and strategic capabilities To assess organizational training needs and devise strategies in consultation with the bank’s leadership and key stakeholders To customize Learning & Development programs to address the organization’s leadership and technical needs. To collaborate with stakeholders to cultivate a learning culture throughout the organization.
