Positions Announced:
1. DEPUTY DIRECTOR (LAW)
Qualification/Experience/Skills:
Professional degree in law i.e. LLB or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign educational institution with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in law practice and/ or of working as in-house counsel or legal consultant with good communication & interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office. The Candidates having LLM/Bar-at-Law, and legal experience in the following areas may be preferred subject to other suitable requirements:
Investment laws and contracts, commercial finance, EPC and concession agreements, and associated documents
Regulatory laws and issues of the Energy/Power industry.
Corporate, commercial, taxation, and insurance matters.
Demonstrated understanding of dispute resolution mechanisms including ADRs.
2. DEPUTY DIRECTOR (HUMAN RESOURCES)
Qualification/Experience/Skills:
Professional degree in Human Resources (HR) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign educational institution with a minimum of five (5) years of experience performing human resource functions in a modern corporate setup. As a key member of HR, the ideal candidate is expected to contribute to HR matters like HR planning & strategies, career planning & development, job analysis & specification, succession planning, training & development, performance management system, recruitment, etc. Preferred skills are as under:
Organizational Development (OD)
Good understanding of different HR models
Analytical skills and knowledge of the latest HR information systems
Teamwork & Collaboration skills
Understanding of Labor Laws and disciplinary procedures
Good communication & interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
