Positions Announced:
1. General Manager – Information Technology
Responsibilities: Develop, plan, and manage IT operations and related software applications to serve the organization’s business needs, deliver optimal return on investment, manage risk and maintain IT security. Lead the digital transformation of the organization with innovation and collaboration, creating business value through technology. Provide technological vision and leadership to the IT function including MIS 6 GIS and other software applications by developing strategy and defining necessary policies, procedures, and control systems. Enhance IT preparedness for timely data backup and recovery arrangements. Act as the technical coordination focal point, and coordinate the ERP implementation in the organization. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development and implementation best practices.
Qualification / Experience: Minimum 16 years of education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant discipline from a national/international HEC-recognized institute. A certified qualification in IT Security would be an added advantage. At least 10 years of relevant work experience with more than 3 years in a team management role. Experience should also include exposure to both shared and outsourced solutions, as well as the support of in-house information and communication systems in a multi-site client-server environment. Experience in systems design and development process, including requirements analysis, feasibility studies, software design, programming, pilot testing, installation, evaluation, and operational management. Comparable experience with ERP or complex solution implementations of similar scale. Exceptional knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure and technology trends along with demonstrated applied knowledge of IT Security and Risk Management. Experience with IT strategic planning, budgeting, and personnel management. Team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Strong leadership, interpersonal 6 communication skills.
