All candidates may apply online through the IUB website eportal.iub.edu.pk till 04.10.2024 i.e. last date for submission of
online applications, followed by the submission of 05 complete sets of applications for the post of Professor and 2 sets for the
post of Assistant Professor and Lecturer bearing attested copies of degrees, certificates, one photograph for each set, and
one copy of the online fee challan (non-refundable) generated by the online job application system amounting to Rs. 5000/-
for the Post of Professor, Rs. 3000/-for the post of Assistant Professor, and Rs. 1500/- for the Post of Lecturer via
Registered Mail through Pakistan Post / Courier Service, to the following address. office of the Deputy Registrar (HR-F}, Room No. 104, First Floor, Abbasia Campus, The Islamia University of Bahawalpur Phone No. 062-9255873 Hard copies of the application for each post should arrive by 07.10.2024 i.e. three days after the closing date of applying online. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be entertained even though posted before the last date. However, Special Persons are exempted from job application fees and the candidates must upload and attach disability certificates with their application, issued by the Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Mall Department. The candidate is advised to provide only their personal Mobile Number (Not portable Cell Number) at the time of
submission of online applications so that SMS delivery can be ensured. Candidates should fill in the online form carefully for which detailed guidelines and instructions have been given on the Islamia University of Bahawalpur website eportal.iub.edu.pk. Editing Options, to correct any data, will be available to the candidates till the last date of submission of online applications. Applications other than ONLINE will not be accepted. Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate applications, as well as separate paid online processing fee challan. IUB employees willing to apply are directed to submit their hard copies of the online application form along with all requisite documents by the due date, through the proper channel.
