The S&GAD, Government of Gilgit-Baltistan intends to hire services of a consultant to study and suggest the establishment of a dynamic Benevolent and Group Insurance Scheme for the GB employees. The scheme would be providing pre-defined and/or customize varied benefits, simultaneously buildup sufficient Funds for future liabilities at minimum possible costs (contribution + investment income) The scheme so established shall adopt modem day requirements e.g, determination of contribution to and benefits from the schemes through actuarial studies, efficient ERP for dissemination of services to its stakeholders and utilization of resources.

1. Consultants
The person fulfilling the following criteria may apply:-a) In case of Non-GB domicile holder. the applicant must be on Active Tax Payer as per the list of FBR (Attach proof from FBR website). Should have 16 years of education with a degree from an HEC-approved university in Finance and or Accounts. Having sufficient experience of more than 10 years in articulating government rules/regulations. Experience of having such experience of any group welfare schemes shall be preferred. Should have experience in fund management and actuarial evaluation.
