The Institute has a sizeable number of members and students and its major campuses are located in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Multan, Faisalabad, Quetta, Peshawar, and Hyderabad. The Institute seeks an “Expression of Interest” from reputed Designing and Engineering Consultants ID&EC) for Designing and Engineering Consultancy Services for the Construction of the Faisalabad Campus. Positions Announced:
1. Designing and Engineering Consultancy Services for Construction of Faisalabad Campus
Tasks Required: Architect Design and Allied Services for state-of-the-art ICMA Pakistan Building at Faisalabad at an approx, area of 3 kanals and 72 Marlas including but not limited to (i) Classrooms; (ii) Auditorium; (iii) Conference Rooms; (iv) Seminar Halls; (v) Administrative Block; (vi) Board Room; (vii) Study Area; (viii) Computer Lab; and other allied facilities such as Washroom, parking, cafeteria, common rooms, green area, etc. as pre-scribed in the EOI document.
EOI Submission: EOI’s documents with all requisite information shall be submitted in the prescribed format in a sealed envelope separately marked as “Technical Bid for Pre-Qualification of D&EC Services for Construction of Faisalabad Campus” and “Financial Bid for Pre-Qualification of D&EC Services for Construction of Faisalabad Campus” to be submitted to be-low-mentioned address. EO1 submitted after the deadline date and timings will not be considered.
