The Government of Punjab has received a Loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for
Developing Resilient Environment And Advancing Municipal Services-I (DREAM-I). The Local Government and Community Development Department (LG&CDD) of Punjab is the Executing Agency (EA) whereas Rawalpindi-WASA & Bahawalpur-WMC are the Implementation Agencies (IA). The Program Coordination Unit (PCU) on behalf of the LG&CD Department will provide guidance and oversight to the overall implementation and performance of the project. The PCU-DREAMS is looking forward to hiring an Individual Consultant (Procurement Specialist) for effective and efficient implementation of the DREAMs Project. Therefore PCU, DREAMS-1 hereby invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from experts having relevant qualifications and extensive experience in the related field. The above-said Consultant will be recruited using “ADB’s Guidelines on the Use of Consultants by ADB and its Borrowers (2013, as amended from time to time}.
