Positions Vacant:
1. PROJECT ARCHITECT
Qualification / Experience required: B.Arch / M.Arch (Graduate from NCA /BNU) Project Architect needed with minimum 07 years of design work experience. The Architect needs to possess a technical aptitude for designing as well as for Construction execution for develop-ment projects. Should be able to independently handle trade contractors, site construction teams, prepare schedules, budgets and make presentations.
2. ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN
Qualification / Experience required: A draftsman with having a minimum of 10 years of experience is needed with rich knowledge of architectural detailing. Should be an expert in AUTOCADD and be able to calculate quantities in Excel.
3. PROJECT MANAGER
Qualification / Experience required: B.Sc./M.Sc. Civil Engineering with a minimum of 07 years of experience in Building Projects with high-end finishes. Must have the ability to manage supervisory staff and be able to get work executed, check the quality of works, check contractor’s bills, prepare rate analysis and construction contracts for various onsite contractors. Should be able to carry out technical correspondence with contractors, consultants, and clients as well as prepare reports for presentations. Should be well versed with MS office and be familiar with AUTOCAD.
4. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
B. Tech (Civil) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in building works with high end finishes. Should be able to get work done through various construction teams. Must have strong knowledge of construction materials and quality of works. Should be able to prepare contractors’ bills, rate analysis, and be well versed in Excel and familiar with AUTOCAD.
5. SENIOR SURVEYOR
Qualification / Experience required: DAE (Civil) with a minimum of 10 years of surveying experience in building works. Should have strong knowledge of construction materials and quality of work. Should be able to manage various labor contractors and prepare relevant bills. Must be able to use Total Station, carry out traversing, laying out, and leveling. Should be well versed with AUTOCAD and Excel.
