1. GM HR:
MS/ MBA/ MPA-(HRM) from a top-ranked university. Min. 20-25 years experience in HR Operations, employee relations, training & development, Compensation & Benefits of a large-scale construction company. The incumbent must be aware of traditional as well as innovative HR tools being practiced in the market. The ideal candidate is capable to direct the full-cycle recruiting process to meet various staffing goals across all levels, develop & implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The incumbent should also possess strong leadership and management skills. Retired Armed Forces Officers Lt Col & above with related experience may apply.
2. GM Electrical (Maintenance):
ME/ B.E Electrical from a top-ranked university. Min. 15-20 years of experience in electrical maintenance of large-scale housing projects. The ideal candidates should possess strong leadership and management skills.
3. DGM Facilitation (Residential Towers):
MBA/ MPA from top ranked university. Min 15-20 years experience in administration, public dealing, grievance handling, problem-solving, building maintenance related to electrical, plumbing, firefighting, cleaning, etc. The ideal candidate should be aware of tenancy agreement requirements & its implication, vendor management, front desk operations, the latest housekeeping tools/equipment, rules for visitors/ guests, safety and security of residents and their households. The incumbent should also possess strong leadership and management skills. Retired Armed Forces Officers Lt Col & above with related experience may apply.
