1. Relationship Manager – Structured Finance
Qualification / Experience required: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable HEC recognized University / Institute. Candidates having a Master’s degree / DAIBP / JAIBP or any related professional certification will be preferred. Minimum 05 years experience of Banking / Financial Institution with 02 years experience in loan origination/credit evaluation, project planning and management, and/or transaction structuring.
Familiarity with transaction structuring and/or product structuring, prudential regulations, bank practices, applicable accounting standards, and/or compliance regulations Ability to interact with legal firms Result-oriented and a team player who can work in a diverse working environment. Ability to communicate and function professionally with all levels of personnel and business partners across the organization Strong communication and interpersonal skills Business acumen to identify and screen investment opportunities.
Duties / Responsibilities: To create, maintain and update the deals in the pipeline. To independently originate new structured finance mandates to support and lead the internal approvals’ process including interface with credit, legal and other teams. Management and the Board. To remain abreast of market trends and transactions and other products introduced/ executed by market participants. To liaison with international agencies/institutions, multilateral agencies, and Microfinance Institutions to develop areas of mutual collaboration and cooperation to expand the Bank’s presence in SME & Agriculture businesses and in promoting financial inclusion. To work under the direct supervision and guidance of the Unit Head (Structured Finance Unit).
