Positions Announced:
1. Chief HR & Admin Officer
The candidate must be a. Master in HR or MBA (HR) or MPA (16 years of education) from a reputed national or international university duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC). A degree in Law or any international certifications in HR will be considered as an added qualification. b. At least fifteen (15) years of relevant post-qualification experience with five (05) years in Senior Management Positions (BPS-19 & above in case of Public Sector Companies and Head of the Department/Division in case of Private Sector Companies) in large scale and reputed public or private organizations with hands-on experience of dealing with labor unions and industrial relations. c. An ideal candidate must be acquainted with ERP Tools, good Knowledge of relevant Computer Software, Outsourcing/Contract Management, Public Sector Reforms, Public Sector Corporate Governance Guidelines, and Technology Enablement in large-scale organizations. Maximum 55 years as of the last date of submission of application.
Salary: Competitive salary package commensurate with the qualification and experience. The contract will be initially for a period of three (03) years extendable subject to satisfactory performance & job requirements.
