Applications will be submitted online, along with declaration forms available on the FESCO website www.fesco.com.pk, OR through courier to the address, prescribed application form, duly signed, downloadable from the FESCO website along with following documents:-
a. CopyofCNIC.
b. A “Declaration” on Non Judicial stamp paper, duly signed by the applicant on the format available on the FESCO website that the applicant is not ineligible to act as a Chief Executive Officer, as per Fit and Proper Criteria prescribed in the Schedule II of the Public Sector Companies (Appointment of Chief Executive) Guidelines, 2015 and Schedule-lV of the State Owned Enterprises (Governance & Operations) Act, 2023.
c. Copies of Degrees/ Testimonials duly verified by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or the professional body or association whichever is relevant. The applications must arrive within Fifteen (15) days from the date of publishing of the advertisement. Application incomplete in any respect or received after the due date will not be entertained and no claim whatsoever thereof will be acceptable. The candidates already working in Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous Public Organizations can also apply through proper channels along with the NOC of their department issued on its Letter Head. Candidates shall be required to produce all original documents at the time of the interview. FESCO reserves the right to withhold’ cance! the whole recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason. Only short-listed candidates will be invited for interviews/selection process.
