Positions Announced:
1. Manager Legal
Job Profile: Manager Legal is responsible for analyzing and identifying the legal risks and implications of all of the company’s transactions, keeping the senior management in all departments of the business informed of developments in laws and regulations that potentially affect the business or service it provides.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field from a recognized university. Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in the practice of law. Candidates having experience in multi-disciplinary issues regarding corporate governance, contracts management, labor laws, etc will be preferred. Work experience with well-known corporate law firms will be considered an added advantage.
Salary Package: Market based competitive salary package will be offered to the right candidate.
