Positions Vacant:
1. Head – Talent Acquisition Grade EVP – 1 / EVP
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that enhance the Bank’s visibility/reputation in key recruiting markets. Lead and manage the workforce planning process, Headcount management, and talent acquisition activities. Formulate and implement an employment branding strategy that effectively articulates the Bank’s employee value proposition in order to attract top talent.
2. Head – Learning & Development EVP – I / EVP
Responsibilities: Learning & Development Strategy: Develop a Learning & Development strategy in line with the Strategic Objectives of the Bank and People & Organizational Excellence Group. Plan and synchronize strategies for achieving the learning objectives of functional departments in alignment with corporate strategic plans.
Qualification and experience required for the following vacant positions: Minimum Masters or equivalent from an HEC recognized University/ Foreign University. Candidates with relevant international certifications i.e. CRA, SHRM. CIPD will have an added advantage. Minimum of 12 years of overall banking experience including 05 years at senior managerial role in a similar function.
3. Head – Talent & Organizational Excellence SVP / EVP – I
Responsibilities: Develop and lead the Organizational Development plan and provision, ensuring it is aligned to the strategic direction and ambitions of the Bank. Lead the development of a culture of high performance and employee engagement across the Bank. Develop a range of organizational development activities and interventions to support structural and cultural change across the Bank.
Qualiication and experience required: Minimum Masters or equivalent from an HEC recognized University/ Foreign University. Candidates with relevant international certifications i.e. CRA, SHRM. CIPD will have an added advantage. Minimum of 9 years of overall banking experience including 03 years at senior managerial role in a similar function.
