Positions Announced:
1. Chief Compliance Officer
Qualification / Experience: Minimum Bachelors Degree from HEC recognized university
Duties: This position will be responsible for implementing, supervising, and managing regulatory compliance, and AML/CFT & CPF related policies & procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal bank policies & procedures. The position incumbent will also be responsible for advising on the policies and procedures for each Group of the bank to ensure optimum level of compliance, make efforts to minimize inaccuracies in data reporting, and ensure that employees of the bank are in compliance with rules & regulations of regulatory/ supervisory authorities. Broader Responsibilities related to Regulatory Compliance, AML/CFT/ CPF/ and Compliance Governance & Internal Control and RFM are Regulatory Compliance: • Responsible to Formulate and implementing compliance plans including developing structure, instituting periodic compliance, controlling monitoring routines processes. • Supervising for timely submission of FATCA/CRS Reporting, MIS monitoring for CRS FATCA impacted individual entity accounts • Coordination with regulators such as SBP / SECP (other than FIA, NAB, Anti-corruption) to facilitate in matters • Coordination for and management of SBP Supervisory reviews, responding to queries as well as the closure of regulatory exceptions AML/CFT/CPF: • Developing and implementing AML/CFT/CPF related policies and procedures for the bank. Monitor and ensure compliance over KYC/CDDrIBML related activities as per Bank’s policy & procedures.
