Positions Announced:
1. Financial Management Specialist (FMS)
Qualification / Experience required for the job: CA, CMA, ACCA, or Master’s Degree in Finance or Equivalent Qualification from HEC recognized institution/universities. CA, CMA, ACCA qualification shall be preferred. Must have ten (10) years experience in Financial Management, with a background in Accounting & Finance consulting services and goods. Preference will be given to those candidates who have been working in public sector financial management in Pakistan, including in the context of social safety projects. Must be well versed in budgetary processes in Pakistan. Excellent knowledge of relevant rules, international financial institutions, and donor agencies. Sound knowledge of ADB Financial Management Guidelines, Policy, and Regulations, as well as related instructions, procedures, and reporting requirements.
