Positions Vacant:
1. Wing Head HR Litigation
Qualification / Experience required: Bachelors. Degree in Law from a University / Institute recognized by HEC. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Legal Department of Banks and/or Chamber experience Candidates having HR experience will be preferred.
Main Duties / Responsibilities:
• To keep up to date with HR legislation and ensure this is updated in the organization Human Resources policies. the procedure, rules, regulation, and Code of conduct and ethics.
• To advise and support all parts of the business and Human Resources on HR Legal matters to ensure their effective management. Issues include: disciplinary. grievances. Harassment/anti-harassment. compliance. behavioral. Code of conduct & ethics, whistle blow related to HR and performance management, etc.
• To review and or suggest amendment in Human Resources policies, procedures, rules. regulations and code of conduct & ethics and ensure that these are routed through HR Legal for its legal vetting.
• To manage the HR Legal team effectively to ensure objective KPIs are met.
• To assist in dealing with Social Security / Labor department. Shops & Establishment and other government authorities for compliance with statuary requirements of HR Legal.
• To manage, monitor, and control all HR legal cases pending in various Courts/Forums/Tribunal/ commission/ Authorities, etc. Cases include Staff, Trade Union, CBA. Officers Associations, 3rd party staff, and any other legal issue pertaining to HR.
• To assist in dealing with all unions / CBA related issues and maintain peace and harmony within the organization and ensure trade union and association compliance.
