Sidat Hyder Morshed Associate Pvt Ltd invites applications for its client which is one of the largest commercial banks in Pakistan. The bank invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals to fill the following vacant posts mentioned as follows.
Positions Vacant:
1. Head of HR Operations
Qualification / Experience required for the job: The incumbent will be managing the entire HR Operations Wing and ensure timely delivery of all the jobs/tasks assigned by managing staffing, troubleshooting, automation of HR processes, ensuring compliance, partnering with key stakeholders, conduct departmental audits, etc. The position requires detailed knowledge of HR Processes and controls, fully aware of Central Bank Press Releases related to HR Competencies, etc. and must possess excellent Communication, Interpersonal, leadership, and analytical skills with Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PP). The ideal candidate would have a minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable HEC recognized University / Institution. Candidates having Master’s degree or HR Certification / Specialization will be preferred. He/she must have a minimum of 08 years’ experience in HR. Candidates having Banking HR experience will be preferred.
2. Human Resource Business Partners
Qualification / Experience required for the job: The incumbent will assist & monitor all HR services on the ground across respective functions and supporting the business in all HR initiatives, work closet), with respective Business Head to understand their requirements and ensure adherence to organizational policies, ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements. He/she will also collaborate with the HR legal Coordination wing to monitor & implement HR processes to ensure maximum efficiency. The position requires demonstrated success in all Human Resource & functional areas within a dynamic environment while excellent communication, organizational, leadership and analytical skills are essential The ideal candidate would have a minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable HEC recognized University / Institution. A Master’s degree in Human resources would be preferred. The Candidate must have a minimum of 6 years’ experience either in Human Resources or Banking, out of which 3 years must be in a managerial position.
