Positions Announced:

1. Quality Assurance Officer OG – II / OG – I

Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized University / Institute. Candidates having a Master’s degree and/or any other professional certificate will be preferred. Minimum 4 years of experience in Compliance out of which 1 year in TMS and/or sanction screening. Excellent in MS Office and BI tools. Good understanding of banking operations / SBP regulations and banking laws. To conduct a Quality Assurance review of TMS alerts closed in FCCM in the preceding month based on sample selection. To perform a Quality Assurance review of sample KYC alerts closed in the previous month. To review sanction screening alerts generated on a sample basis and ensure disposal in the previous month. To report significant exceptions identified as part of the review process. To conduct intelligent sampling and review of samples to ascertain control adherence. To assist Unit Head in the preparation of the quarterly report. To assist Unit Head in developing Standard Operating Procedures/Policies for Quality Assurance Unit. To coordinate with Information Technology Group for the provision of information and automation of the process. To provide feedback to peers on the results of QA reviews. To perform effective compliance testing of regulation. To adhere to all designated time frames, manage workflow to the specified deadlines, and complete responsibilities in a satisfactory manner. To conduct reviews on a sample basis, through the monitoring team or Internal Control Unit, on the completed top 100 depositors accounts from QA point relating to TMS/KYC alerts and submit analysis on the quality of review completed by branches.
