Positions Vacant:
1. CREDIT ANALYST
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Minimum Graduation from a reputable HEC recognized University! College/ Institute Preference will be given to Business! Commerce Graduates/ MBA
Minimum 2 years of banking experience (Applicants with experience as Credit Officers will be preferred)
Good knowledge of MS Excel. MS Word and MS PowerPoint
Duties / Responsibilities: To analyze credit proposals from Business Groups for risk identification and suggesting mitigating measures, keeping in view SBP Prudential Regulations, Bank’s Credit Policy Manual Business conditions, and other regulations. To assess the appropriateness of the credit structure (i.e. type of financing facility, collateral, tenor, pricing, repayment source, etc.) proposed by Business Groups and suggesting improvements to reduce the probability of default. To review the Risk Rating Score assigned by the business group with a view to check the appropriateness of score and revision of score. Financial Analysis of the borrowing companies based on the Financial Statements, relating to and reflecting on Industry/ Sector updates, for identification of relevant risks which would help in credit decision making. To reschedule and restructure financing facilities of customers with deteriorated repayment capacity due to industry/business risks. To prepare CMG comments sheet with a view to the highlight risks associated with the industry, customer, and proposed financing facility which could affect the repayment. To prepare various quarterly. semiannual and annual MIS reports. To prepare presentations related to Credit Approvals and Credit Portfolio on MS PowerPoint for the Senior Management of the Bank.
2. CORPORATE CREDIT MONITORING MANAGER
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Minimum MBA/ MPN ACCA from a reputable HEC recognized University/ Institute Preference will be given to any additional certification. Minimum of 03 years in Credit (Corporate/ Commercial). Thorough knowledge of banking services and its Financial Products & Trade Finance
Duties / Responsibilities: To monitor post disbursement of credit portfolio as per Head Office instructions. To follow up with the Corporate Office and branches to ensure timely submission of data/statements as requested by the Head Office. To visit sites for monitoring purposes (on need basis) and/ or as advised by the Credit Management Group, Head Office. To keep liaison with corporate office staff submission of EWU Watch list accounts statement (MS-12) to HO as per identification of Business Group and keep track of such accounts and to maintain migration status of each account month-wise. To follow up matters for timely submission of replies from corporate offices to queries of Flead Office and to strive for early rectification through corporate offices. To follow up cases of violations/ exceptions relating to credit referred by HO for early rectification. To keep track of the expiry of accounts and inform the corporate office well before the time as per bank policy. To keep track of bills and in case of the overdue bill, follow up with the corporate office well before time as per bank policy. To keep track of deferrals approved by the competent authority for their timely resolution. To ensure submission of sign checking certificate monthly along MS and Sos by the corporate. To perform any other function as advised by the competent authority at Head Office.
3. PROJECT MONITORING OFFICER
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Minimum Engineering Degree from a reputable HEC recognized University/ College/ Institute. Minimum 02 years of engineering / industrial experience. Proficiency in MS-Office for preparing presentations
Duties / Responsibilities: To analyze Financial Statement(s) to pick up any adverse trends or variances & report the same to the concerned team leaders and stakeholders and propose appropriate remedial actions. To follow up on compliance of loan covenants, variance analysis from the projected one, liaison with the stakeholders & line-up/ schedule project visits on a regular basis. To conduct an on-site visit and off-site surveillance of projects financed by the Bank and report Project Monitoring activities to Senior Management/ Departmental Head. To prepare and do preliminary homework on prospective visits and assist/brief the team leaders. To prepare site-visit reports & presentations for the senior management as and when required. To perform any other task as assigned by the Unit Head/ Wing Head.
4. CREDIT POLICY OFFICER
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Minimum Graduation from a reputable HEC recognized University/ Institute! College Preference will be given to Business/ Commerce Graduates/ MBA/ M.com/ MA Economics
Minimum 02 years of banking experience. Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
Duties / Responsibilities: To assist in the formulation of Seasonal Financing Policies under the supervision of Unit Head/ Wing Head To prepare the draft of circulars for the dissemination of SBP circulars/ policies of the field. To do research work required to respond to the queries raised by Groups! Regional Offices/ Field Functionaries regarding Credit Policy issues and to put updraft reply/ Clarification of queries. To assist Unit Head! Wing Head for formulating comments on various issues/ policy/ procedure-related mailers received from various groups like CAD Manual. Compliance Review Program. Agri, Policy, Consumer Policy. Risk Management Policy etc. To assist Unit Head/ Wing Head in the development of new credit-related policies related to Credit from time to time as and when required by the SBP and concerned stakeholders. General correspondence of the department as and when assigned by the Wing Head. To prepare the initial draft of Memo/Agenda paper for various matters to the Credit Committee! Board of Directors under the supervision of Unit Head! Wing Head.
