1. Wing Head – Microsoft Admin & Support (VP / SVP)
Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from HEC recognized University / Institute. A Master’s degree and/or relevant professional certification will be preferred. Minimum 15 years of IT experience with at least 05 years of experience In a 24/7 high-availability multi-site production environment, including Microsoft Exchange and application hosting, servers administration, and support service.
Excellent in-depth analysis, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Expertise in disaster recovery architecture and operations including storage area network and redundant highly available servers.
Duties: To be responsible for the implementation and operations of all technology-related matters which includes MS products, backup systems, service monitoring, user support/help desk, workstation management, servers, storage, and related software ensuring availability, integrity, and security. To lead the Microsoft Administration strategy and its operational execution for the Bank. To plan, lead, and execute projects. To identify opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement. To provide system services vision, enable innovation, and seek to leverage IT trends that can create business values consistent with the Bank’s requirements and expectations. To participate in the formulation of the Bank’s enterprise architecture and business system plans; assessing cost and feasibility and ensuring that the plan is aligned with and supports the strategic goals of the Bank. To perform complex infrastructure implementation, system upgrades, and operational troubleshooting. To lead the delivery of 24/7 service operations and KPI compliance. To perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s).
