Positions Vacant:
1. Branch Banking Head (EVP-I / EVP)
Responsibilities:
The incumbent is responsible for reporting to Group Head Retail Banking, responsible for driving sales & relationship management through the branch channel by developing and implementing acquisition strategy, onboarding, and servicing of retail customers. Develop and implement sale plans and marketing initiatives to grow the portfolio, gain market share & meet targets. Develop and execute footprint strategy and lead initiatives to optimize distribution channels. These initiatives will be measured by volumetric growth, sales productivity, and network efficiency. Ensuring that business needs are well understood, articulated, and delivered with consistency. the job requires maintaining seamless relationships with all key stakeholders so as to ensure the smooth running of the business. Key deliverables include business growth, people management, increasing productivity & efficiency, and service delivery while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies/directives of the Bank.
Qualification required for the following position: Graduate/Post Graduate (preferably MBA) from an HEC recognized University/ Foreign University.
Experience required for the following position: Minimum 12 years of financial industry experience including 3 years in a senior managerial role in a similar function.
