Bidding Documents are available after publication of this advertisement and may be obtained free of cost against written request through email at [[email protected]] on working days, i.e. Monday to Friday 10.00 AM to 4.00 PM till 16-10-2020. Bidding shall be conducted through open competitive bidding (Single Stage Two Envelope) process specified in Rule 41(3) of BPPRA Rules 2014. Sealed envelopes should reach the below-mentioned address not later than 1:00 pm on 16-10-2020. Technical bids will be opened by the committee on the same day at 3 pm on 16-10-2020 in the presence of all bidders who wish to attend. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened thereafter, and others will be returned unopened. Incomplete/conditional bids and bids bearing cutting/overwriting without authentication will not be considered. Fee quotes must be inclusive of all applicable taxes. BMRL will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of documents.
