The Government of Balochistan (GoB) has received financing from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (II3RD) / International Development Association (IDA) collectively known as the “World Bank” and Multi Donors Trust Fund for implementation of the Balochistan Livelihood and Entrepreneurship Project (BLEP) —(P159292), to create employment opportunities for rural communities and achieve sustainability of enterprises in Selected Districts of Balochistan. “Selected Districts” means the Districts of Killa Abdullah, Killa Saifullah, Chagai, Nushki, Zhob, Sherani, Pishin and Mastung and/or any other refugee-hosting districts agreed from time to time among the Recipient, the Project Implementing Entity, and the Association. It intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan & grant to payments for the following “Individual Consultant’s Services” to be engaged under this project. Balochistan Livelihood and Entrepreneurship Project (BLEP) now invites eligible individuals to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested candidates must provide detailed CVs indicating that they are qualified to perform the services.
