Positions Announced:
Qualification required for the following position: Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputed University/ Law College. Master Degree in Political Science, I.R. shall be preferred
Experience required for the following position: Minimum 5 years of practice in Lower Courts, High Courts, and Corporate Laws, areas of business regulations, regulatory reforms, business licensing, legislative work, Expertise in Commercial and Financial Law including Experience of Establishment and service matters in Service Tribunal/High Court. Preference will be given to candidates having a working knowledge of power regulatory, distribution, transmission, and generation authorities like NEPRA/ DISCOs /CPPA /NTDC/ GENCOs. Demonstrable experience in drafting commercial / Financial Agreements/instruments, Experience in drafting legislation will also be considered as an added advantage. Excellent Communication Skills.
