1. Project Manager / Team Leader:

Should have an M.Sc (Civil) with 20 to 25 years of extensive experience in the Design / Supervision of dams, water resources, and irrigation projects.

2. Chief Resident Engineer:

M.Sc (Civil) with 20 & above years extensive experience in Construction Supervision and Civil Engineering works on Dams, Hydropower & irrigation Projects.

3. Chief Engineer Contracts & Claims :

B.Sc (Civil) with 20 & above years experience in Contracts & Claims on Dams, Hydropower & Irrigation projects.

4. Resident Engineers Civil :

 B.Sc (Civil) with 15-20 years extensive in Construction Supervision of Dams, Hydropower & Irrigation Projects.

5. Principal Engineer Geotech :

M.Sc. (Geotech) with 10-15 years experience in the design of Dams, Hydropower & irrigation Projects.

6. Principal Engineer Structures :

M.Sc. (Structure) with 10-15 years experience in design and Structural analysis of Bridges, Dams. Hydropower and Irrigation projects.

7. Principal Engineer Electrical:

M.Sc. (Electrical) with 10-15 years experience in design and Supervision of Dams, Hydropower & irrigation Projects.

8. Principal Engineer Hydraulics :

M.Sc. (Hydraulics) 10-15 years experience in Design on Dams, Hydropower & Irrigation projects.

9. Principal Geologist

M.Sc. (Applied Geology) 10-15 years experience in Geotechnical investigation on Dams, Hydropower projects.

10. Principal Engineer Planning & Scheduling:

M.Sc. (Civil) 10-15 years experience on Darns, Hydropower & Irrigation projects.

11. Senior Engineer Civil:

B.Sc (Civil) with 05-10 years extensive experience in Civil Engineering Works on Dams, Hydropower & Irrigation Projects. A Master’s degree in a relevant field will be preferred.

12. Senior Engineer Mechanical

B.Sc (Mechanical) with 05-10 years extensive experience in supervision of erection of turbines & other mechanical equipment on Dams & Hydropower Projects.

13. Junior Engineer

B.Sc (Civil) engineers with PEC Registration.
