Applications are invited from the qualified candidates for hiring services of the post of Consultant (Legal). Anti-Corruption Establishment. Sindh, purely on a contract basis with the following eligibility criteria. The hiring shall be on contract and term specific and liable to be terminated on one-month notice. The hiring shall be on fixed monthly remuneration which will be decided after the selection of the candidate in consultation with the Finance Department. Government of Sindh. No TA / DA shall be admissible to any candidate for appearing in an interview. Shortlisted candidate will be called for interview. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all applications and withdraw/withhold the entire process of hiring without assigning any reason and candidates shall have no right to lodge any claim whatsoever. at any forum or any Court of law in this regard. Positions Vacant:
1. Consultant (Legal)
Qualification and experience required for the following vacant position: Law Graduate having at least Second Division from an HEC recognized Institute. Any advanced degree in the relevant field will be preferred. At least 25 years of experience as Law Officer / Senior Law Officer in a Public Sector Organization and having experience of appearing before the Hon’ble Courts of Special Judge, Anti-Corruption (Provincial), Hon’ble High Courts, and Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan in cases related to Prevention of Corruption.
