1. Graduate Engineers Training Program
Qualification and eligibility criteria required for the job: This is a structured 12 months theoretical and practical training program designed to groom young talent through a rigorous course of study that covers all aspects of safe & efficient operations of a sophisticated chemical plant. Qualification: Engineering degree in chemical, mechanical, electrical & electronics
2. Trade Apprenticeship
Qualification and eligibility criteria required for the job: This 24-month extensive apprenticeship grooms young diploma holders in plant operations and maintenance. Qualification: B.Tech or three years diploma from a recognized polytechnic institute in the fields of chemical, mechanical, electrical/ instrument technologies, and BSc with Chemistry.
Note: Candidates short-listed purely on merit will be called for an interview. Agritech values diversity; female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. A decent stipend shall be paid during the training. Candidates successfully completing training may be considered for permanent employment subject to the individual’s performance and availability of vacant positions in the organization.
