Positions Announced:
1. Manager Facilities. Regional Education Office, Gilgit Baltistan
Responsibilities: The Manager Facilities will develop detailed construction/facilities schedules and track progress on a weekly and monthly basis S/he will be responsible for developing basic designs, drawings, Boas, and engineer’s estimates of all repair and maintenance projects providing continuous support and guidance to the regional engineering team managing the regional capital projects and facilities teams by distributing work in accordance with approved plans. monitoring quality and assisting in the purchase process and the closing of protects. conducting regular inspections of all AKES.P faolibes_ identifying repairs and ensuring that they are carried out timely. working in coordination with the Central and Regional Offices and respective schools. and assisting the Central Office in preparing annual, medium-term, and long-term facilities plans and budgets for AKES.P in line with programmatic objectives
Qualification / Experience required: The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in architecture, facilities management, or civil engineering and Knowledge of construction standards. Laws and regulations with at least five years of relevant experience in facilities management and construction are required
