Positions Announced:
1. Admin & Security Officer
Master from an HEC-recognized university. For Armed Forces (retired) candidates:
Preferably Major / Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) within the last 3 years. Age 45-55 years. Minimum 5 years experience in Administration and Management of a recognized APS system Officer University. Experiences of DAA & OMG and AA & QMG appointments. PSC or LSC Qualified.
For Civil Candidates:
Age 35-45 years • Minimum 5 years experience in administrative affairs / Management in any renowned school /education institution • Experience in Procurement/ Supply chain management. Skills & Job Requirements • Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities efficiently, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Keen eye for detail to maintain accuracy in documentation. • Capacity to identify issues, analyze problems, and develop practical solutions to streamline administrative work flaws. • Knowledge of security procedures, access control, and surveillance systems to maintain a safe and secure environment • Ability to respond calmly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and crises while following established protocols. •Skill in identifying potential security risks and vulnerabilities and implementing measures to mitigate them. • Familiarity with security equipment and technology, such as CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems. • Skill in coordinating with various departments to ensure alignment of administrative and security protocols.
