1. CEO / Managing Director
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Graduate Degree (16 years of education) in the relevant field, including engineering, economics, energy management, law, finance, accountancy, business administration, and/or member of a recognized body of professional accountants from a reputable university/ institution recognized/ accredited from HEC or from a foreign reputable university/ institution. Ten (10) years’ experience should be in a senior management leadership role preferably, in the Natural Gas/I.NG sector. Understanding of the energy landscape of Pakistan and dynamics of Natural Gas/ LNG sector specifically and energy sector generally with technical, legal, financial knowledge of this sector and its related infrastructure projects. Demonstrable experience in delivering successful gas projects with National and International stakeholders. Ability to articulate clear strategic options, evaluate potential outcomes and plan effective implementation with a clear focus on delivery. Knowledge and experience to implement best practices of corporate governance, risk management. Strong ability to ensure operation efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. Exceptional people management and relationship building skills; multicultural competence and the ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders. Excellent English is written and verbal communication skills. Impeccable integrity and reputation. Ability to lead teams from project conception to project commissioning stage. Excellent negotiating skills since the job requires to interact with international players/ cross border partners and consultants Analytical, intellectually robust, commercially astute, and able to work with the Board and to deliver.
