Positions Vacant:
1. Chief Financial Officer (Head Office)
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant, 5 to 6 years’ experience as CFO or Head of Finance.
Candidate should be well versed with the International Accounting Standards and Code of Corporate Governance. Interpersonal and communication skills should be a core specialty.
Duties / Responsibilities: Entire functions of finance & accounts including treasury, budgeting, taxation, and financial reporting.
2. Manager Administration (Gulshan e Maymar)
Qualification / Experience required for the job: MBA or equivalent Minimum 5 years of Post Qualification Experience.
Interpersonal and communication sluts should be core specialty. Strong in maintaining discipline. Strong decision making and ability to handle the pressure.
Duties / Responsibilities: Will be responsible for taking care of all Administrative matters of entire Gulshan-e-Maymar and site offices by coordinating with other departments. Will manage the Customer services department and deal with the issue of residents and allottees of the society. Will head the recovery department for recovery of dues from residents and allottees.
