Positions Vacant:
1. Chief Energy and Technical Officer
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Must have a Bachelors’s degree (16 years of education) in a related engineering discipline from a recognized university. A Master’s degree will be preferred. Must be having relevant work experience of 14-15 years out of which at least 7 years must be in a senior managerial and strategic role. Any additional experience will be considered an advantage. Strong understanding of strategic project planning as per requirements of infrastructure projects and cash flow requirements. International/national experience in developing infrastructure regarding roads, sewerage, water supply planning, treatment plant, firefighting system, and health & safety. Experience in developing residential colonies and must have the ability to handle complex engineering issues. Wide experience in overseeing all site civil engineers and coordination with architects, consultants, and construction contractors.
2. Manager
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Must have a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, B.Sc Engineering, or allied disciplines from a reputed and accredited institution. Demonstrated experience in business development, marketing, networking, and public-private partnership. Demonstrated experience in donor coordination and attracting joint venture. Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity and skilled with the tools of trade-in marketing including PR, written communication, etc.
3. Manager of Security and Safety
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Must have a graduate degree (16 years of education) from a reputed and accredited institution, Must be having 10 years of relevant experience with well-reputed organizations. Experience of using relevant technology and equipment (e.g CCTV) Experience in reporting and emergency response planning. Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Well versed with strong interpersonal skills.
4. Receptionist
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Must have a graduate degree (16 years of education) from a reputed and accredited institution. Must be having 2 years of relevant experience with well-reputed organizations. Exceptional customer service skills Professional phone manners. Ability to create an organized filing system. Working knowledge of marketing terminologies and practices.
