Positions Vacant:
1. Advisor (Power) MP – 1
Eligibility: Bachelors’ Degree in Electrical / Civil / Mechanical Engineering from HEC recognized University or well-reputed International University. At least 20 years of professional experience handling Energy and Power Development Projects out of which 5 years on Senior Position of BPS.’ 9 or equivalent. Experience in understanding the policy and regulatory issues relating to energy linkages with all dimensions of sustainable development. Hands-on Knowledge on Federal & Provincial Power Policies / Institutions / Regulatory Authorities and other multilateral financing organizations’ Power Policies and its relevant Rules / Guidelines would be preferred. Must have knowledge about the policy I legal documentation and its peculiarities. Must be a Registered Engineer with Pakistan Engineering Council. Must possess the knowledge and applied skills of MS Office and relevant software’s required for the position in Energy & Power Sector Candidate having experience in relevant field/sector will be given preference Strong influencing. negotiation and communication skills. Retired from WAPDA/Energy Sector will be preferred. Age Limit: up to 63 Years.
2. Advisor (Solar) MP – 1
Eligibility: Bachelors’ Degree in Electrical Engineering from HEC Recognized University or well-reputed International University Master’s degree in Renewable Energy / Sustainable Energy. or Energy Management from HEC Recognized University or well-reputed International University will be given preference
At least 20 years of professional experience handling Energy and Power Development Projects with 8 years’ experience in design. specification and installation of solar photovoltaic systems out of which 5 years on Senior Position of BPS-I9 or equivalent. Experience in understanding the policy and regulatory issues relating to energy linkages with all dimensions of sustainable development. Hands-on Knowledge on Federal. Provincial and other multilateral financing organizations Power Policies .ttid its relevant Rules / Guidelines would be preferred.
3. Oil and Gas Expert MP – 1
Eligibility: B.E Degree in Petroleum Engineering / Chemical Engineering or BS / MSc Degree in Geology / Geophysics / Earth Sciences from liEC recognized university or well-reputed International University. Required Ewer-knee: Work experience of at least 20 years in the Oil and Gas sector out of which 5 years’ experience at senior position of BPS-19 or equivalent. Hands-on knowledge on Federal Petroleum Policies and its relevant Rules/Guidelines agreements with exploration and production companies in leased and new ELs (Blocks) would be preferred. Proven track record of the experience of integration and analyzing the C;&G surface/subsurface data including Geological mapping/exploration and Reservoir Management would be an added inset. A reasonable understanding of Geology, Geophysics, seismic interpretation, and reserves estimation. Long term multi-project management skills. Must possess the knowledge and applied skills of MS Office and relevant software’s required for the position in the Oil & Gas sector. Candidate having experience in relevant field/sector will be given preference • Strong influencing, negotiations, and communication skills. Age Limit: up to 63 years.
4. Legal Advisor MP – 1
Eligibility: LLB or LLM degree in Corporate / Commercial Law/Contract Law from university or institute recognized by MEC or well-reputed International University / Institute. Required experience: 20 years’ experience as Legal Practitioner out of which 5 years’ experience in Corporate / Commercial legal experience of public sector organizations in a senior position. Know-how of International Law, Treaties, Embargos. Health and Safety Laws, IP Laws. E-Commerce Laws, Law of Contract. all types of Agreements and documentation related to International Commercial laws. Must have knowledge about legal documentation and its peculiarities. The candidate should have a very good command of English.
