About Punjab Labor Courts:
Labor Courts are made for the protection of the rights of labors. As a result of the promulgation of Punjab Industrial Relations Act, 2010 (PIRA-2010), Labour Court changed into installing in the Province of Punjab. For this purpose, eleven Labour Courts have been installed inside the Province retaining in view the variety of Industrial Workers. The Labour Courts which might be working in Punjab are two at Lahore and one each at Ferozewala. (Sheikhupura), Faisalabad, Sargodha, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Bahawalpur, Multan, Sahiwal and D.G.Khan. There are two Appellate Authority over those Labour Courts known as Punjab Labour Appellate Tribunal, which is working at Lahore and Multan. The Appellate Tribunal, preserving in view the exigency of work, undertakes the tours of diverse Divisions. The District and Sessions Judges and Additional District and Sessions Judges whose services are borrowed from the High Court are appointed as Presiding Officers of these Courts. The person employees, collective bargaining sellers, and the employers can invoke the jurisdiction of these courts for the redressed in their grievances. These Courts adjudicate upon the PIRA-2010.
Job Description:
Punjab Labor Court No 2 Lahore invites applications for the vacant posts (with a chance to be permanent). Incumbents must be qualified and experienced in order to fill the following vacant posts mentioned below. The Punjab Labor Court has the right to accept and reject any application.
