Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Civil or Military Administration, or the field of Registration. For the fields of computer science, eng Statistics, phy, business, management, and finance. economics and accounting a person with fifteen years of graduate experience. In the field of law, a person competent and eligible to be appointed as a Judge of the High Court and having experience of not less than ten years of legal matters. For the field of registration, military, and civil administration, a retired officer has attained the rank of Lieutenant General or equivalent or a civil servant or other employee of the Federal or Provincial Government or the Authority serving or retired in BPS-20 and above or equivalent.
