Positions Announced:
1. Wing Head – Assets Rehabilitation Wing North
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC. Candidates having a Master’s Degree and/or any other relevant professional qualification will be preferred. Minimum 10 years of banking experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role in Corporate or Commercial Recovery / Corporate or Commercial Credit Risk Management / Corporate of Commercial Business Candidates having experience in relevant litigation will be preferred. Sound knowledge of Corporate & Commercial credit. Awareness of SBP Prudential Regulations. Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Effective team player. Service-oriented Proficiency in Windows and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks with strict deadlines
To conduct a legal and financial review of newly tagged relationships to prepare an action plan & strategy through his team To negotiate with obligors on agreeable restructuring and rehabilitation with an underlying motive to rehabilitation and restructuring the liability thus making a direct contribution to the Bank’s profitability cash recovery and reversal of provision. To supervise initiation of Credit appraisals by RMs for the approval of the competent authority. To arrange / conduct visits of clients where necessary to review project performance and ascertain the company’s financial needs. To review / Monitor rehabilitation relationships to keep them on track by taking corrective measures in line with the settlement/rehabilitation package
