Qualification / Experience required for the following position and job: Chartered Accountant from a recognized body of professional accountants or an MBA in Finance. Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in leading publicly listed companies, with a minimum of 5 years experience in finance leadership roles preferably in the O&G sector. Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, reporting frameworks, regulations/statutory requirements, and finance best practices. Extensive experience in evaluating large-scale projects and securing financing from local and international sources. Experience in managing mergers and acquisitions Robust governance, risk management, strategic financial management, and IT knowledge GI Exemplary leader with excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving, and change management skills
