The Competent Authority is authorized to make any change in policy, schedule number of posts, etc. Temporary / Non-Consultancy / PLA basis shall not confer any right on the appointee in the matter on regular appointment. The competent authority is authorized to terminate the Temporary / Non-Consultancy / PLA basis without assigning any reason or notice on account of poor performance / undesirable conduct OR unauthorized/willful absence from duty. The competent authority reserves the right to increase OR decrease the number of seats at any time. General relaxation in the upper age limit shall be given according to Government policy.
