Online application / Registration is required to be filled out on the official candidate portal of SIBA Testing Services (STS) https://apply.sts.net.pk. After completing the online application, candidates can download a system-generated chal-Ian of Rs.1500/= (Fifteen Hundred Only). The challan can be paid at any An Bank Ltd branch or candidates may use the (Bill reference number to pay through the internet banking portal of any 1Bill-linked bank. (This fee is non-refundable) Candidates are required to upload CNIC, Domicile, PRC/Form D, one recent Photograph, and Academic documents. The actual verification of original certificates will only be done in respect of candidates who are called for interview and any applicant having made an incorrect/false declaration shall stand disqualified automatically at any stage. No online application shall be entertained after the last date of submission of the application. The date, time, and venue of all tests shall be intimated through online call letters, SMS, and the website of SIBA Testing Service (STS). Besides, all updates and notifications about the test dates, admit slips, result announcements or any other information shall be uploaded on the STS website/portal as well. Prospective candidates must visit the portal/website from time to time. Age relaxation is applicable in light of the policy of age relaxation applicable for recruitment in the Sindh Government. Those already serving in government organizations should apply through the proper channels. The Public Health Engineering Department has the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies.
