Key Responsibilities:

To develop policies for hiring, performance appraisal, and compensation systems. Well-conversant with the application of all governing rules and regulations pertaining to Human Resources including prevalent Labor Laws. Well-conversed with HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Induction & Orientation, Training & Development, Compensation Management, Career Planning, Performance Management, Grievance handling, and industrial Relations.

Qualification / Experience required for the following position and job: Have a Master’s Degree with at least 12+ years of relevant experience. Possess the skill and passion to develop the HR department. |
