Positions Announced:
1. Chief Commercial Officer
Qualification: At least 16 years of degree in Marketing / Business Management.
Experience: At least 15 years of relevant experience in the media industry.
Skills:
Proven track record of developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth. Expertise in broadcast and digital media, including advertising, content monetization, and partnerships. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and strategy development. Competencies: Strategic Vision and Leadership, Business Acumen and Financial Savvy, Results-Oriented and Revenue-Driven, Stakeholder Management and Relationship Building, Innovation and Market Awareness
