How to apply for the jobs:
Application form may be downloaded from the University’s official website uo.edu.pk. The duly filled-in application form along with attested copies of all testimonials, experience certificate(s) CNIC & CV must be submitted to the Vice Chancellor’s Office, University of Okara by August 26, 2024. The interviews will be conducted on September 05, 2024. Candidates serving in private or public sector organizations need to obtain the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their organizations and attach it to the applications. Applications without NOCs will not be entertained. The PhD students, enrolled at the University of Okara, will not be able to apply against the same shift. The visiting faculty members coming from far-flung areas will be allocated a maximum of 04 courses in Moming and 04 in Self-Support. The hiring in every department will purely be made on the basis of need. The working hours for all the visiting faculty members will be from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. It is mandatory to deposit Rs. 1000/- as an application processing fee for each discipline separately. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date shall not be considered. Eligibility, relevancy of discipline, and merit order will be determined by the Central Committee, constituted by the Competent Authority. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview and no TA/DA will be admissible.
