Master’s or above degree in Social Work/ Sociology with 2nd Division from the HEC-recognized university. 17 years of experience in the field of child rights, human rights, project management, finance, monitoring, evaluation, research related to international covenants/ conventions on human rights in public or private sector

Only short-listed candidates will be called for a written test/interview. Candidates already in Government Service Should apply through the proper channel, along with NOC from their respective departments/ organizations. Candidates will have to produce original documents at the time of the interview. The maximum age limit as prescribed under the Recruitment Rules shall be relaxed in pursuance of initial appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993 (as amended from time to time). No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in a test /interview. The Ministry of Human Rights reserves the right to cancel the process of recruitment at any stage without citing any reasons. The selection shall be made purely on a merit basis observing provincial quota as per Government Policy.
