How to apply:
The consultant will provide consultancy services to the Pakistan Institute of Education (PIE) to perform key functions as per mandate. Interested consultants must be listed on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR and meet the eligibility criteria and expertise outlined in the EOI. The hired consultants will deliver the services on a full-time basis at PIE premises. Prospective candidates who meet the eligibility requirements are invited to submit their applications along with a CV and attested copy of educational documents via E- -the Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), Islamabad. The hiring process will adhere to Regulation-3(C) of the Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulation, 2010, which entails Least Cost Selection. The method will be stage Single Envelope. The EOI documents along with the EOI submission form, inclusive of the comprehensive Scope of assignments are available for free download from PIE & PPRA’s website at www.pie.gov.pk, www.ppra.org.pk. The EOI must be solely submitted electronically via EPADS; manual submissions will not be accepted.
