Positions Announced:
1. Gender Champions / Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gender Specialist / Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide gender expertise and coordination for our gender-based projects in Sindh, ensuring that all evaluation processes and products are gender-responsive. The role emphasizes promoting enterprise and entrepreneurship, agriculture, and value
chains.
QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE: Advanced (Master) degree or equivalent in Law, Political Science, Human Rights, Gender Studies, Social Sciences, Art and Humanities, or related field. At least 5 years of relevant experience in evaluating or assessing development projects, programs, policies, or strategies. Deep understanding and expertise in women’s human
rights and gender equality. Experience or knowledge in business and enterprise development is highly desirable. Proven track record in governance and women’s socioeconomic uplift initiatives. Familiarity with the context of Sindh and gender equality issues in the region is advantageous. Prior experience working in rural Sindh and engaging with local communities will be beneficial. Experience with national and international development agencies is preferred and will be an added value.
