Positions Announced:
1. Chief Information Security Officer
Masters in Information Security/Technology and Computer Sciences or equivalent from Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university. PhD from a recognized university shall be preferred. Relevant Certifications in |S Audits especially CISA, CISM etc shall be preferred.
Professional Experience:
Minimum 10 years in Senior Position/s in Information Security operations and management roles. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (national/ international), technological advancements in industry, and international best practices. Profound knowledge to steer organizational strategy and align it with NADRA’s vision for Information Security (IS)/ Cyber Security (CS). Expert in need analysis, gap identification, and taking corrective measures to address identified issues. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to represent NADRA at local and international forums on matters related to IS/CS. Good leadership qualities and abilities to handle a team of IS professionals. Ability to analyze complex issues, think critically, and make informed, timely decisions as arising critical scenarios
Skills and Competencies:
Planning and implementation of Data Security framework and technology. In-depth knowledge of information management, governance, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks. Development and management of the Security Operation Centre, knowledge of required technology, and its integration with the IT infrastructure of the organization. Experience in developing IT Forensic Investigations Framework and Incident Response Mechanisms in large organizations. Operation and management of Cyber Threat Intelligence Platforms, develop linkage to |S paradigm of
organization and possible impact.
