How to apply for the jobs:
The hiring of service is purely on an assignment basis for an initial period of three years, extendable up to five years, on satisfactory performance. However, the hiring of services can be revoked any time sans any notice. Preference will be given to those who have experience in service matters and legal cases related to Higher education institutions.
Only short-listed candidates will be called for Interviews. The prescribed application form can be downloaded from the University of Sargodha website: www.su.edu.pk. Candidates for the above positions are required to fill out the application form in MS Word and submit applications along with complete C.V and attested copies of testimonials, Attested copies of license/membership card from the Punjab Bar Council, High Coun Bar Association and Supreme Court Bar Association should be attached. where applicable. Two most recent passport-size photographs should be affixed on each application form. Candidates applying for more than one position shall submit separate applications with necessary documents, complete in all respects. Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the HEC. Applications must be accompanied by an original bank deposit slip/University Challan Form of Rs. 2000/- as processing fee (non-refundable) to be deposited under Head of Account “Collection” in HBL A/C No. 00427991 777803, University of Sargodha. No other mode of payment such as Demand Draft, Postal Order, etc will be accepted. Candidates already in service of a Government/‘Semi-Government department of an Autonomous Body must apply through the proper channel by the closing date, otherwise, their applications shall not be entertained.
