The Bank of Khyber is seeking to onboard an exceptionally strong and goal-oriented professional as Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer responsible for the overall direction and administration of the Bank in line with the policy directives of the Board of Directors. The position is responsible for ensuring the Bank’s success and gearing all aspects of the Bank’s activities towards deriving maximum value in the best interest of shareholders, customers, employees, and the public.

Eligibility Criteria:
Must be a career banker having experience of at least 20 years including a minimum of 05 years at a senior level as Executive Vice President and above or equivalent in a Bank/ DFI. He/ She should have adequate knowledge, expertise, and skill mix necessary to undertake
the responsibilities of the position effectively and prudently. Should be between 45 to 62 years of age. Should have a minimum qualification of Graduation or equivalent. Master’s degree in Business
Administration, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, and Economics will be preferred. In case of a foreign qualification, candidates have to submit an equivalency certificate from the HEC of Pakistan at the time of the interview to validate that they possess the required education. Should meet all criteria as set out in the “Fit and Proper Criteria” of the Bank of Pakistan. The position is based in Peshawar and market market-based remuneration package will be offered.
