Positions Announced: 

1. Head of Supply Chain Management 

BE/BSc Engineering along with MBA (SCM) and a minimum of 13 years post-qualification relevant experience in the steel manufacturing industry. Preference shall be given to the candidates having experience in dealing with Import agencies / local and foreign vendors for Supply Chain Management
matters, Excellent leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities along with the highest level of integrity and work ethic.

2. Senior Manager (Sales & Marketing)

BSc/BE with a minimum of 10 years post-qualification relevant experience preferably in the heavy engineering industry. Applicants having aforesaid qualification with MBA. (Marketing) will be preferred.

3. Manager HR

MBA HR with minimum 8 to 10 years post-qualification experience including 3 to 5 years at managerial level. Experience in the conduct of
Training, Professional development, and having a people-centric approach.
Applicants who have experience in organizational development shall be given preference.

4. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager

Bachelor with a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience with NEBOSH/ IOSH/ OSHA will be preferred.

5. Financial Controller (Financial Reporting)

6. Financial Controller (Business Partnering)

CA/ACCA/ ICMA Qualified Finalist, preferably
articles completed along with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification relevant experience.

7. Assistant Manager (Sales & Marketing)

Master’s degree with 3 to 5 years post qualification relevant experience in the marketing area of Sugar plants / Spares, Cement Plants, and Chemical Industry. Applicants having the aforementioned qualification plus an MBA (Marketing) will be preferred.

8. Supervisor

DAE at least 2nd Division from Govt government-recognized institution. At least 05 years of experience in any large industrial setup of steel manufacturing, welding, steel
fabrication & machining etc.
